A lovely space in a quiet family neighborhood within walking distance to Century City, or a short drive to Beverly Hills, UCLA, Cedars Sinai, and beach communities. The space Fully furnished with its own entrance. Private bathroom, king size bed (1500 thread count egyptian cotton sheets), desk, 42 inch LCD TV with apple box and full cable. It also comes with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and one parking space. There is permitted street parking for guests. Long-term or short-term stays welcome.
