Suite #1 is perfect for the business and vacationing people who want and need a quiet place to rest. There are no distractions, your own space. The Suite has a bedroom, a classic claw tub with shower, living room, with piano, and a sun room with a day bed. The ceilings are the Victorian style fourteen feet high. It has a private entrance. This suite has a large working desk with coffee maker. There also is a small refrigerator and microwave. The space is perfect for unwinding. Suite #1 is part of a two hundred year old house. The old features have been preserved during renovations and you will enjoy tall ceilings and windows. This suite has a coffee maker, refrigerator, and micro wave. The place is also full of art created by Inge. No stand up shower. You have access to the suite and front porch which serves as the entrance to both BnB suites. You have access to the front and side yard. Across the street is Alice’s Park which is a nice space to have a picnic, sit and meditate, or just relax on the soft grass. The park is a wonderful location for an open air wedding. Parking in front and back is available. We attempt to meet and greet each guest. We believe in your privacy and we are private people and are sociably adequate. We would love to meet you and hope to do so. We love our home and are always proud to brag on its great history. The Zenter Suites are located in the heart of Carrollton GA. Things are quiet at night. In the daytime traffic is moderate. Local restaurants are one block north within walking distance on sidewalks. Safety is optimal in downtown Carrollton. Tanner Hospital is a half mile south also reachable over sidewalks. The hospital provides free Valet parking. West Georgia University is one mile West. Our police station is half a block West. Everything is within walking distance on the concrete side walks and plenty parking can be found all around the Adamson Square. Carrollton is ringed by the Greenbelt walking trail. This trail is about 20 miles long. Access to the Greenbelt is .1 mile southwest. Parking for three vehicles is in front of the big house. Additional parking is in the back. Please consider the other guests if you have several cars. Sidewalks are everywhere in the heart of Carrollton. And, everything is within walking distance. We do rent bicycles for your riding pleasure. .1 mile south is the Greenbelt of Carrollton. This is a 20 miles paved walking/riding trail for your use. No motorized vehicles except for electric wheelchairs NOTE: There are no cats or dogs allowed in for health issues (allergies of guests coming after you). To everything there are exceptions. Small dogs are a maybe and large dogs are a possible definite no and they need to be well behaved. Thus animals are a maybe. Please ask before bringing your pet. We love animals and have four cats, two rescue cats and one kitten by choice, on the premises at this time. These are therapy cats in Inge’s counseling practice. They are mostly outdoor cats and definitely are not allowed in the suites. Thank you for understanding.
