Home in Greater Manchester

Hi everyone. Thanks for your interest in my place:-) Please be aware I have cats, dogs, tortoise and a snake in the house. All very friendly. Double bedroom in a 'lived in house' close to the Etihad stadium in Manchester. Room has a double bed, drawer space, wardrobe and television. Guests can use private main bathroom to themselves. Parking is available on my driveway as street has parking fines. parking is additional £6 fee per night. Looking forward to hearing from you :-) The space I have a spare double bedroom that I thought would be useful to host guests in. Plenty of space in the room and there is an iron and board available for you if you need it. Television has some digital channels in the room. I can provide a fan if too warm. My house is a bit like a petting zoo. Please be aware I keep my place as clean as I can considering I have so many animals but it's never going to be perfect. I have 2 dogs, 4 cats, a snake and a tortoise. If you love animals then my house is like heaven, but if you're allergic I'd steer clear. My snake lives in a lockee tank in the hallway cupboard. The cats are super friendly. My dogs are really loving and love new people. They may bark when you first arrive at the front door because they are unsure who you are but then they are fine once you get inside. they are kept in the kitchen when I am not home. Kitchen has oven, cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. I provide cereal, bread, butter, jam, coffee, milk, tea for you if you want some breakfast foods. Guest access Initial Check-in has to be between 14:00 and 23:00. aftee that you can return anytime. I do not provide a baggage storage facility before check-in or after check-out as I cannot be responsible for securing luggage when there may be new guests coming. Guests are welcome in the whole house apart from my bedroom. Breakfast foods provided anyway but if you do need to use the kitchen to cook please let me know. I do have animals so the dogs are usually in the kitchen with a baby gate to stop them running all over the house :-) When using the front door please be careful not to let a cats out :-) I have a long double driveway so you can park on this to avoid a street parking fine. We might have to juggle cars about to put the cars in order behind each other. i will ask for an additional £6 fee per night for parking. Driveway has gates that are 7 foot 11 inches apart so be careful when parking :-) During your stay Text me, or call me if you need to get in touch during or before your stay. Please let me know an estimated time for check in and check out. inital check-in is between 14:00 and 23:00. Check out is 12pm (mid day) at latest on the day you leave :-) Other things to note An estimated time of arrival would be great. If i am not in the house when you arrive there is a code box with a key in it for you. I send this code on the day so you can get in if I am not home.
