FEEL AT HOME - Close to city & sea

The space Lovely two-story house near beach & downtowncity with private garden - near the sea and the city! Perfect location Our house is quite perfect - in a quiet residential neighborhood, where you in only 5-10 min by bus or metro can reach the center of Copenhagen, with life, art, music, cinemas, restaurants and shopping. If you prefer sea, beach and nature, you can go to the beautiful Amager Beach in approx. 10 min. A walk to the beach, Amager Strand, takes about 8 min.You can reach the Copenhagen city centre by car in 10 min. Or King's Square by metro in 12 min. (including walking to the station). You can also do as the locals prefer; take the bike. Reach the the famous Tivoli Garden, "Strøget" or Queens Palace in a few min. (We have bikes to lent.) You can also take a ride in our neighborhood. We live close to the edge of a more urbanized area were you will find several grocery stores. Our home The house is stylish decorated and charming. On the ground floor you will find a hall, two large living rooms en-suite, with plenty of light, a built-in fireplace, sofa / tv-room, dining area and access to a large sunny terrace where we barbecue in the summer. A master bedroom, modern retro bathroom, a toddler bedroom and a small cozy New Yorker-style kitchen, with access to a terrasse and the garden. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need from dishwasher, stove, Nespresso machine and blender. Do you need to wash clothes, you will find a laundry room with washing machine in the basement. There is cable TV, free internet and access to a movie channel. Appletrees, hammock and child's play The garden is divided so that the front yard faces the quiet residential street where the sun hits the entire afternoon and evening. Here you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace and listen to the birds - while you follow the sun slowly set behind the rooftops. The backyard is secluded with several berry bushes, strawberry plants and apple trees. Here you will find shade on hot days and is great for both relaxing in the hammock or play, in either swings or the trampoline. All in all... The house is perfect for both families and for you who want a good and cozy base when you want to experience Copenhagen. And if you have questions about attractions, want tips to the city's small hidden treasures, entertainment for the kids or trips out of the city, we love to share our accumulated knowledge of our awsome city.
