The space Our fine 3-bed garden apartment sleeps 6 and is furnished to a high standard. Airconditioned throughout, it has 1 double bedrooms (with ensuite) and two more bedrooms with two single beds in each room perfect for families. There is also family bathroom. The well equipped kitchen / living area is very spacious, with a large dining table and sofa. The apartment is fitted with Wifi and TV/cromcast . Outside there is a very spacious extended terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Guest access At Sea Magic Park site you have 5 communal pools. For a fee a small indoor heated pool, SPA treatments, Hamam and a gym . The management company’s office are also on site to help you with and car hire. Within walking distance you will find supermarket, a chemist and good quality restaurants and the local bus that runs between Esentepe and Kyrenia. You can walk down to the beach, nearest is a pebble beach, within 10 min with bus or car you reach sand beaches. Other things to note Electricity of 200 units and 4 cubic of water per week is included. A Deposit of 1000SEK must be payed at the same time as the booking. The deposit will be refounded latest 5 days after depature. Any extra consumption of electricity and water in addition to what is included will be deducted from the deposit.
