Welcome to our Parisian apartment! It is located on the 5th floor (no elevator): one bedroom, living room, small equipped kitchen and shower room. Goncourt metro station. Ideal for 2 people. Check-in time: from 3pm (early check-in available on request) Check-out time: 11 a.m. (possibility to leave later on request) The time limits for entering the accommodation depend on the deposit: from 9 a.m. to midnight. No check-in and check-out outside of these hours The space The apartment is located on the 5th and top floor (no elevator) of a stone building. Typical decoration of Parisian apartments: fireplaces (fires strictly prohibited), parquet and moldings. It is south-east facing and therefore very bright. Ideal for 2 people. The accommodation is very quiet as it overlooks a quiet street and is on the top floor so no neighbor above :) The kitchen is equipped (oven, stove, dishwasher, recycling bin, dishes, utensils...) and it has been refurbished recently. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and washing machine and has been recently refurbished. In summer it can be very hot during heat waves, the apartment is NOT equipped with air conditioning. Guest access The apartment is totally private. The entrance to the building is secured by two code doors. You will have to pick up the keys in a locker located a 10-minute walk from the accommodation for self check-in to the apartment, then return them to the locker when you leave. Lockbox hours: 9 a.m. to midnight. For check-in or check-out outside of these hours, please contact me before booking. No check-in or checkout possible outside these hours without a prior message from me. Please allow a margin to arrive within the available time slots (delay / time to get off the plane or train / time to buy train and metro tickets...)
