There are various options getting from the airport to my house A bus will take visitors into the centre of Dublin. Then a Howth northbound dart train from Connolly or Tara station will stop at Bayside station. OR the 102 bus at Dublin Airport will take guests to Sutton train station (terminus )and then a southbound dart train one stop will travel to Bayside. This bus journey takes 1 hour. Another option from the airport is to take the No 16 bus to Santry/Coolock lane stop 1639 then walk back to stop 992 on Coolock lane and take the N6 bus to terminus (Denis Mahoney Motors) the house is a short walk from. this stop. If visitors have heavy or big luggage I recommend a taxi or the 102 bus as you have less walking. Other things to note There is no need to rent a car to get around Dublin as there is a very good train and bus service nearby that will get you into the city in 20 minutes. You will only need a car should you wish to explore the countryside around Ireland. Not suitable accommodation for those wishing to attend late nights in Temple Bar. The last train departs the city centre at 23.15 hours. (Approx) Taxis are expensive late at night.
