Rustic Retreat - A retro, quiet and spacious spot!

Welcome to a quiet, rustic, spacious retreat in Port Franks, home to a fabulous sandy beach with shallow waters perfect for young children. This spacious cottage accommodates 8-10 guests so it is ideal for extended families or 2 families who wish to vacation together. It includes four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The beach is only 500 metres away. Please bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Tea towels, blankets and pillows are provided. The space The cottage features two open concept living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens where your family(ies) will have plenty of room to relax. The cathedral ceiling family room upstairs features a large table for 8-10 people, and the open concept family room below has another table with a leaf insert that can also be used for 8 people. The backyard features a fire pit and fire wood for you to enjoy while creating lasting memories. Guest access You have access to 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the main kitchen, and the lower family room, all of which are on the main floor. You also have access to the large cathedral ceiling family room upstairs which has a mini kitchen as well as a balcony that has a partial view of the lake. Two new ductless mini split air conditioner/heater units have been installed in the cottage. Other things to note * Please bring your own linens and towels. Duvets are provided. You will need to bring sheets and pillow cases for 2 queen and 4 single beds. * No smoking or vaping anything. * We are on a septic system, so please, only toilet paper in the toilet. * A blue box and garbage bin is provided for you. Garbage pick up is Thursday morning. * Propane Tank for BBQ available. * Price is based on 8 guests. Each additional guest (up to 2 more) is $20.00.
