There is a neighborhood association playground, tennis courts, basketball court, and ball field right across the street and beach front just 2 blocks away. We have a strict policy against parties and there are very strict sound ordinances in the town (college town) which will result in fines, if violated. If we are fined for disrupting the neighborhood, this will be requested in additional fees after departure. Any rules of the house which are not followed will also result in fines, including smoking. * NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (VAPE, ETC) ON OR IN ANY OF THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME * NO LIGHTING OF FIRES IN FIREPLACE. * SMALL FIRES ARE PERMITTED IN THE OUTDOOR FIRE PIT, BUT MUST BE KEPT CONTAINED WITHIN THE BRICKS AND SAFELY MONITORED AND EXTINGUISHED. * NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS BEYOND THE ALLOTTED 10, without prior approval and payment of additional fees.
