Leave the car in your free gated parking spot and walk across the street. This 2,000 sq. ft. condo consists of 3 bedrooms plus a private den, making it a perfect place to spread out and relax. You can pack light because there is an in-unit washer and dryer and a keypad allows for easy self check-in with code that will be provided to you on check-in day. Sleep soundly on any of the five beds with memory foam-topped mattresses. There is a king bed, a queen bed, two double beds, and a queen sofa bed. With three bathrooms, there won't be a scramble to get ready in the morning. There are many nearby restaurants, of course, but you'll also have a beautifully-appointed kitchen and a coffee bar stocked with an amazing coffee and tea selection for that all-important supply of caffeine. Free wifi, two smart TV's with Netflix and Hulu Live, and plenty of living room seating add to a comfortable stay. The condo is nonsmoking inside. Shared amenities in the complex include a pool with a view of the race track and a big hot tub that are open Memorial Day through Labor Day, poolside BBQ grills, and a fitness center. Walk, Uber, bike.
