Composed of 1 living room with 160 cm bed and TV, kitchenette. -Equipped with: refrigerator, microwave oven, mini electric oven, 2 plates electric and coffee maker. -Shower room with toilet , wardrobe and storage  -Heating by electric radiators -Independent entrance with terrace outside  and view of the Normandy Bridge. - Car parking space,  possibility to park a motorcycle in the shelter in the garage of the house .
