Beautiful, peaceful bedroom a short distance from the centre of historical York and close to the University. Very comfortable double bed. I share the house with a cute little, very friendly dog. Free off-road parking for one car and free high-speed wifi. Continental breakfast provided and evening meal provided for a small fee on request. Female guests only please. The space Guests have their own loo but share a bathroom with the host. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer and to use the garden when weather permits. Guest access You will have access to the bedroom, bathroom, upstairs and downstairs loos, dining room and garden when weather permits. Kitchen can be used for light meal preparation. There is a microwave and oven. Breakfast and free tea and coffee provided. There are quite a few good take-aways nearby served by Just Eat, lots of restaurants in York and a pub that serves food just down the road. I am very willing to make dinner for you with a little warning, for a small additional cost to cover ingredients. During your stay I will be there to meet you on arrival. I usually work from home so will be around quite a bit. I am very happy to provide all the information you need to help make your stay in York as fabulous as possible.
