Pool, Fire Place & Private Porch

The property is sitting on the southern side of the Ticino Alps quite a bit up hill where you have a maximum of sun exposure. From here you have a magnificent panoramic view of the Maggadino valley and the mountain peaks across Fiume Ticino. This place only is 10 minutes far from the Bellinzona Sud motorway exit and is therefore ideally located to easily and quickly reach every corner of Ticino by car. Whoever prefers to keep the car in the parking lot has several hiking options. The space The apartment is just as cozy as it is tiny. Nevertheless the unit is splitted into two rooms, which is a great plus for families with two or even three kids. The main room has a kitchenette, dining area and a large double bed. The room offers enough space for two adults to sleep comfortably. The dining table and the kitchen are designed for a maximum of 4 people. The tiny back room is just big enough to hold the two bunk beds. The small bathroom has everything a family needs, though it is not big enough for two people using it simultaneously. The balcony/patio is located in front of the unit facing south west where you have a maximum of sun exposure until late night. From here you have a perfect view of the pool and the scenic Mountains across the valley. Guest access The pool and the BBQ area may be used at any time (not when dry and windy though). I appreciate if you bring your own charcoal or fire wood. The pool and the barbecue area are common spaces and give you a great chance to have some easy interaction with the other guests. Other things to note Be Aware: The property is located quite a bit uphill. Driving up here can be a quite challenging for inexperienced mountain road drivers, due to the narrow and very exposed road.
