Charming Victorian row house, clean and spacious, on a 40 km/hr street in the Hospital Quiet Zone of Toronto’s vibrant Kensington community. Fully-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Minutes to Kensington Market, Little Italy, Queen West, and numerous restaurants. (The space is not child proofed) Queen bed, and sofa bed for two. The space This is on the 2nd floor with a fully usable kitchen; stove, fridge, microwave, cooking and eating utensils. There is also a regular size washer/dryer available, wifi access, a Blue Ray Player, Smart TV and 100 Cable Channels. As it is a townhouse the preference is to keep it more as a refuge for travelers who prefer to be close to downtown, and have a home base with the option of cooking their meals. The space has been renovated and is up to code, yet still contains much of the charm from the original woodwork, baseboards and doors installed in 1880. There are several grocery, liquor/wine and Beer stores close by, as well as fresh produce, butchers and bakeries in Kensington Market. Guest access There is a usable washer dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, cooking and eating utensils. Television, dining area, living area, bedroom, shower and tub. Towels, soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent are supplied. Other things to note There is 1 bedroom, and a sofa bed for two additional people. Ideal for a couple children or adolescents, but can also be used for two additional adults. I come from a large eclectic family and my place is single parent, and LGBTQ guest friendly!
