Spacious house 35 minutes from NYC. This house has unusually good amenities, such as a full gym with machines and free weights, a pool table, and TWO jacuzzis, as well as a fenced-in backyard. The space Comfortable 2700 square foot house with outdoor (6 person) and indoor (2 person) Jacuzzis, a huge master suite, a family room with a pool table, a ping pong table in the garage, a full gym with a large flat screen TV in the basement area, and an outdoor patio and grill. Pull-out couch in family room for additional sleeping area. Guest access Main and second floors, in and out. Host may remain in basement studio apartment and WILL NOT utilize spaces reserved for guests. Other things to note Guarantee a pleasant stay. Owners (David and Ali) is always readily available to deal with any questions or issues that may arise. If you cook, you may use the many spices located in the kitchen spice rack. Please no gatherings of 10 or more or parties of any type.
