Walk to the Old Town from a Cozy New Building Home

A great apartment in the central areal of Bucharest, suitable both for travelers and businessmen. It is fully equipped with all you might need and placed in a new (2016) secured building. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request. (surcharges may apply) The space A very modern 1-bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms, 15 mins walk from the Old City Center and the nightlife or 2 euro by Uber or Taxify. The closest bus station is only 5 min away and the subway about 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with: -AC unit in both rooms - 2 extensible sofa beds - own heating plant with digital control on the living room table - coffee table - dining table - a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your coffee or tea and to smoke (smoking in the apartment is not allowed) - big LCD TV with HDMI plug in both bedroom and living room - very fast unlimited wireless internet (1Gb connection) - bathtub in one bathroom and shower in the other one - soap, shower gel/shampoo - bidet - hairdryer - ironing facilities - cooking facilities (i.e. oven, gas stove, pots and pans, etc) - microwave - fridge - dining table - extensible sofa bed I will take care of fresh towels and full cleaning of the apartment every 7 days with bed linen change. Guest access The is a 24-hour available person for emergencies. Our normal daily schedule is from 8 am to 6 pm. There is a lockbox downstairs in the basement where you can leave your keys during your stay in case members in your group have different plans. There is a code access system both in the courtyard and in the building. There is free parking right in front of the building. After 3 or 4 trips by car in the city you will choose Uber. It's cheaper and convenient. You have full and exclusive access to the apartment. Other things to note I can organize airport transfers for 20 euro/transfer, trips to Transylvania and Dracula's Castle or anywhere outside Bucharest starting with 35 euro/person and help to plan your trip if you need it.
