The space The apartment is ideal for 2-5 people and has 2 bedrooms, perfect for ensuring comfort and privacy. In the living area there is a double sofa bed that can accommodate one or two additional people. The apartment can therefore accommodate up to 7 guests. ATTENTION: the number of beds corresponds exactly to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. No beds are available for unreported guests. - 1st BEDROOM: 2 beds (two single beds or a double bed). Three-door wardrobe with mirror, two bedside tables with drawers. - 2nd BEDROOM: 3 beds (three single beds or a double bed and a single bed). Four-door wardrobe with mirror, two nightstands with drawers. - BATHROOM: the bathroom consists of a double compartment; in the dressing room there is the washbasin cabinet with mirror; in the bathroom, equipped with a large window, there are the toilet, bidet, shower stall, washing machine and towel warmer. - ENTRANCE-LIVING/DAY AREA: in the living area there is a sofa bed (3 seats and 2 beds, double), a dining table (4/6 seats), a coffee table, a desk, and a television (32-inch HD smart TV). There is also a Wi-Fi network with unlimited, free internet browsing (Vodafone fiber). - KITCHENETTE: the kitchen is complete with a 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, large no-frost refrigerator with freezer, ventilated electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machines ("Lavazza a modo mio" for capsules, 2- and 3-cup moka pot, American coffee maker), toaster, juicer, mini blender, kitchen scale, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, cups, mugs, kitchen knives, ladles, salad bowls, and cutting boards. - BALCONIES: a balcony is equipped with a small table and two chairs; the other is spacious, comfortable to also place two clothesline. - CELLAR: in the condominium basement there are the cellars and one of these is reserved for the guests of the apartment (it is possible to park up to 6-7 bicycles). The cellar door is made of iron, with a lock lock. - BED LINEN AND TOWELS: guests will find the beds ready, complete with sheets, pillow with pillowcase, blanket or quilt (depending on the season) and bedspread. A set of towels is also provided for each guest. Extra linens available for stays longer than 7 nights. - COT: on request, camping cot for children 0-2 years, with a supplement of €20 per night. Guest access THE APARTMENT IS RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR REGISTERED GUESTS. Unauthorized persons are prohibited from accessing. - PARTIES/EVENTS: Not allowed. - PETS: Not allowed. - ENTRANCE: the condominium lobby can only be reached via 6 steps from street level (stair lift with key reserved for residents only). Old generation elevator with double door, one of which is manual: not accessible with a wheelchair. - PARKING: free parking in the condominium courtyard, subject to availability. If there is no space in the courtyard, there are numerous free parking lots in the neighborhood, a few dozen meters from the condominium. - ACCOMMODATION TAX: the city of Ivrea requires an accommodation tax of €1.75 per person, per night (for stays of 1 to 7 nights). Payment required at check-in, IN CASH (NO electronic or digital payments). The following are exempt from payment: - Children under 12 years old. - Disabled people with 2 companions. - People who receive hospital care with a companion. - Law enforcement on duty. - Volunteers accredited in service, at events organized by the Municipality of Ivrea. Other things to note - HEATING: centralized (with radiators), in operation from October 15 to April 15 with 14 total hours of operation within 24 hours (between 05:00 and 23:00, with some shutdown breaks). Times automatically set by the Thermal Power Plant. Permitted ambient temperature: max 19°C (mandatory setting of radiator valves at level 3). - AIR CONDITIONING: fixed, autonomous air conditioner, with remote control, located in the living area/hallway of the rooms, in operation from June 25 to August 20. - INTERNET: Wi-Fi network with Vodafone fiber; unlimited and free browsing. - HOUSE EQUIPMENT: .
