Halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar, you can discover our beautiful region, its wine route, its Christmas markets and enjoy the many restaurants. 👨‍🍳 🏡The Property: Measuring 90 m2, it is a duplex. It can only accomodate 4 to 6 people. The space 🏡Located on the first floor of a house divided in two, you will have 2 beds + 2 extra beds, a kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils), air conditioning, an iron, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a drying rack... as well as a private parking space that can hold up to 2 cars. 🛌Beds are made upon arrival. ⚠️Please read the entire listing description carefully before booking ♿️ Accommodation with stairs ❗️ Guest access 🤗 Upon arrival, you will be greeted in person to accompany you to the accommodation and explain how it works. No key box exists and we do not wish to do so for human reasons, so please respect the arrival times. 🙏🏼 ⚠️IMPORTANT: We expect a message from you at the latest the day before, with your approximate time of arrival, in order to organize ourselves to welcome you. 🚗You will have one to two secure parking spaces available depending on your needs. Other things to note 🎥The property has surveillance cameras overlooking the front door and courtyard. ☕️The coffee machine is a filter machine. 🧺 Sheets and towels are available 🌳 An outdoor space is dedicated to you in front of the accommodation (see photo of the listing) 🐶 The courtyard of the house often has a four-legged guardian (Tsun) and her sidekick (Alden) who are as nice as they are endearing, gentle and accustomed to children.
