Newly remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood just a 1 minute walk to East Lake and a 15 minute walk to the pier at Indian River Lagoon. Access to community pools, golf course, tennis/pickle ball courts, private river pier, and private beach will enhance your holiday visit. The space This modest but comfortable bungalow features an open living area with tile and hardwood floors. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics appliances, utensils, and cookware. The screened-in porch is a great place to relax, read, eat, and enjoy a cup of coffee. Guest access Our bungalow is located in the Barefoot Bay Community. As our guest, for a fee ($10/day or $ 40/week) you will be able to enjoy access to your choice of 3 community pools, 6 pickleball courts, 3 tennis courts, putt-putt golf, billiard room, shuffleboard, children’s playground, many other game courts, and live music at the lounge. You will be provided with a key to access the community's private 700' long pier extending out into the Indian River Lagoon, and a private beach with handicap access located just a few minutes north of Sebastian Inlet State Park. Other things to note Wabasso Causeway is a 20 minute drive down US 1. This causeway gives you immediate access to a public beach. Or you can drive an additional 7 miles north on A1A to arrive at Sebastian Inlet State Park. There are numerous beach access points along the way. Just 2 miles beyond Sebastian Inlet State Park is the Barefoot Bay Private Beach with handicap accessible ramp, a drive of approximately 35 min from our bungalow. A gate key is provided for this private beach access.
