Quiet, cozy private room w/balcony

Bright and cozy room only 20-25 min. to the heart of Zurich. 1 bed for 2 adults, a mattress can be added for a child free of charge. (max. 2 adults, 1 child until 16 years) The bathroom is only private if there is not another guest in the house. Please make sure to close all windows and the balcony door when you leave the room to protect the carpet from gettin wet. For a fee of CHF 80.- we can pick you up from the airport or Zurich train station. The space What makes this place special is its proximity to Zurich with all its historic and cultural attractions and sophisticated events. This charming place is perfectly suited to withdraw from all the actions Zurich offers. Enjoy a sunset on the balcony or simply relax in the lounge with a cup of tea. Please feel free to ask for advice! We want to try our best to give you good tipps of where to eat out, what to see, cultural events such as concerts, ballet or opera etc. There are plenty of sights near Zurich that are worthwile visiting. We are delighted if you brought enough time for your stay. Guest access The bathroom will be used by other guests (if any) as well. You're welcome to use the lounge next to your room and if necessary we can store some things for you in the refrigerator. During your stay There will be at least one contact person available for you throughout the day. Other things to note No cooking. Eating in the room possible but be careful not to stain the carpet. We provide dishes and cutlery on request. For smoking there's a balcony. It is prohibited to smoke with open window/door. If you loose your house key we will have to charge you CHF 90.- to reproduce it. Sorry, but that's really how much they cost.
