We are renting our 4 room flat. The flat is nicely renovated and provides everything you need. It has two balconies facing the garden and is suited in the courtyard and thus it is very quite. There is the possibility to get an extra bed if you need one. The kitchen is fully equipped also with a dish washer. Ideally we would like to rent it to a family as the apartment provides everything for children. But of course also couples or singles are welcome. The space Originally the apartment was 3 separated flats that were joined to one spacious and open apartment. It has old wooden floors and is not getting too warm even in the hottest summer periods.
