There is also a nice sized deck on the back of the apartment where you can enjoy yourself on the lounge chairs. PLEASE DO NOT SIT ON THE PARAPET WALLS. You'll have full access to the 2nd floor apartment, including back deck (2nd floor) and front porch (ground floor). There’s plenty of street parking. No pets live in this apartment. Other things to note A freight train line runs just below the bluff that gives Riversong its gorgeous views. Trains pass frequently -- day and night -- and the whistles are loud. Some guests love it, some don't notice and some find it downright disturbing. This is not as much of a problem in warm weather with windows closed and a fan or A/C on, or wintertime with windows closed. However, if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. Some noise-sensitive guests have been happy sleeping on the futon in the living room, farther away from the bluff. Newburgh has great restaurants, cafes and bars to suit a range of tastes and budget.
