Description

Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Adderbury, the accommodation is tucked away with off road parking and exclusive use of a small courtyard garden. It is a short walk to four pubs, a coffee shop and village shop. Adderbury is well located for access to the Cotswolds, Oxford, Silverstone and more. Enjoy a stroll around our beautiful, historic village or more rural footpaths can be accessed just across our lane. The space The Old Kitchen is a 1 bedroom space with kitchen, ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe area. Underfloor heating throughout keeps the space lovely and cosy in the winter. This space is part of our family home but is quite private with its own entrance and private courtyard area. The room comes with off road parking for one car. Other things to note Other easily accessible, popular places to visit are the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village, RH Aynho, Diddly Squat Farm, Daylesford Farm, Soho Farm House, the Rollright Stones, Silverstone and Stratford Upon Avon. The Old Kitchen is a few minutes' walk to bus stops to Oxford and Banbury. Our heating and hot water is generated using an Air Source Heat Pump (electric). We are therefore not required to have a carbon monoxide detector as we have no fuel burning devices.
