The apartment is located on a small private estate at the entrance to the town. It's used as a guest house. Its location means that you can enjoy spectacular views of nature, which, accompanied by the tranquillity of the area, allows you to relax and enjoy the pleasures of the area, such as walking or cycling routes and local cuisine ranging from the simplest and most straightforward to culinary excellence. The space 120 m2 self-contained apartment with views in all directions, fully equipped with heating and a system to reduce the negative effects caused by excessive electromagnetic pollution, which harmonises all spaces and reduces stress levels. Ready to accommodate a total of four people: 2 adults + 2 children The layout is as follows: 90 m2 of interior space distributed as follows: - Kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including utensils for the kitchen and dining room and basic cleaning products. It has a toaster, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. (There is no microwave, washing machine or dryer). Laundry service is available (fees NOT included in the booking). - 40 m2 living-dining room, fully equipped with a fireplace for enjoying a pleasant evening in winter (firewood is FREE), TV, connection for other services, Wi-Fi, hi-fi music system and home cinema, library, board games, high chair or children's chair, and direct access to the terraces. There is a service to provide a comfortable double-sized extra bed (180 x 135 cm) for two children with a maximum height of 170 cm, leaving enough space in the living room for four people. (This service has a surcharge of €20 per person on top of the booking) - En-suite room with a large and comfortable 200 x 160 cm double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, coat rack, TV, connection for other services, space for a cot (this service is FREE OF CHARGE), and direct access to the terrace. - Large private bathroom with a 170 cm bathtub, bidet and separate shower. With sweeping views of the outside. A hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo are provided. There's also a children's bath. The outdoor area is divided into two terraces: - 20 m2 north-facing terrace with views of the Mediterranean Pyrenees, ideal for eating outside in summer. It has direct access from the kitchen on one side and from the dining room on the other. - 10 m2 south-facing terrace with views of the forests of the pre-coastal mountains, ideal for breakfast and sunbathing. It has direct access from the en-suite room and from the living room. Both terraces have artificial grass, irrigation hoses and garden furniture Access to the property: - Private shared outdoor entrance - Secure outdoor parking for private use with capacity for 6 vehicles, monitored by cameras. (FREE service) - Direct access to the apartment. - Private garage for the exclusive use of the property. - The main house is where the owners live. It has a large garden, a vegetable plot and a private food area where, by appointment, you can buy vegetables and eggs that they grow and raise themselves in this stress-free environment. If you want to go by car, there's free parking on all the streets in the town.
