With wide views to the outside. It has a hairdryer, towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. It also has a children's bathtub. The outdoor area is divided into two terraces: -20 m2 sq. meter terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Pyrenees mountain range, ideal for summer dining. It has direct access on one side from the kitchen and on the other directly from the dining room. -10 m2 south-facing terrace overlooking the pre-coastal mountain forests, ideal for breakfast and sunbathing. It has direct access from the suite room and from the living room. Both terraces have artificial grass, irrigation hoses and garden furniture Access to the property: -Exterior entrance for shared private use - Closed outdoor parking for private use with capacity for 6 vehicles, monitored by cameras.
