- We offer our large country/village house 125 m² just for you fully equipped indoor/outdoor, with large sheltered terrace equipped with barbecue and 1000 m2 of enclosed garden, garage for up to 5 cars. Nivernais canal 100 meters walk, lake with beach 5 kilometers away. The space - Don't bother with a cottage that's too small or a hotel that's too expensive for many, which are far too small, no living room, no kitchen, no equipment, no garden, no garage. - Spend your holidays, your weekends, a stopover: with friends or family or as a couple, with or without animals... - We offer our large country/village house 125 m² just for you fully equipped inside/outside, with large sheltered terrace equipped with barbecue and 1000 m2 of enclosed garden, garage for up to 5 cars. *accommodates up to 6 people. - the kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, Senseo or Dolce Gusto coffee machine, table and 4 chairs, others on request... - shower toilet and 1 separate toilet. - the living room is fully equipped: 1 large and 1 small sofa, 1 large table and 4 chairs, large TV screen, stereo, large fireplace in service only in winter (log supplement €60/week). - the top room is composed of: 1 large bedroom with TV, and 2 small bedrooms. - Wi-Fi internet not in service at the moment. animals accepted on condition of respect for the interior of the garden area and the neighborhood. - bed linen is provided: - duvets/fitted sheets/pillowcases. - Bathroom and kitchen linens are: -Not provided-. housekeeping and linen at the end of stays = €75/week or full stay. *Low season rate: (January/February/March/April/May/September/October/November/December): - up to 4 people Maximum = €300 per week/€45 per night (one more person beyond 4 people is charged €75/week or €11 per night) - for up to 6 people Maximum = €450 per week / €64.30 per night * High season rate (June/July/August: - up to 4 people Maximum = €406 per week/€58 per night (one more person beyond 4 people is charged €101.50/week or €14.50 per night) - up to 6 people Maximum = €611 per week / €87 per night PAYMENT: *Weekday rentals are from Saturday to Saturday/30% deposit payment for booking 15 days/1 month in advance.
