The Long House, Waunifor

The Long House is a listed building soaked in history and character. It is spacious and features an inglenook fireplace, wood-burning stove, oak beams and panelled dining area. It has two bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, large lounge plus small kitchen and its own enclosed garden. It sleeps up to 10 people and is spacious and homely set in 4 acres of grounds and gardens with a children's play area, walled garden, small woodland and duckpond (fenced off) along with our 5 other stone and slate cottages The space The Longhouse is a character cottage located on the Waunifor Estate along with our other 5 cottages and surrounded by lovely grounds and along a quiet country lane. We are 30-40 minutes drive from the beaches of Cardigan Bay and within easy reach of the attractions around Carmarthen, Cardigan, Aberaeron and Lampeter. Ideally situated on the border between Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion, Waunifor is twenty minutes walk from the unspoilt river Teifi. Guest access The Long House has its own self contained garden. In addition there are 4.2 acres of grounds to explore in which there is a children's play area including a children's log cabin with games/table tennis. Other things to note We can supply travel cots and high chairs for infants upon request. With the exception of infants, parties cannot exceed the number of beds booked. We accept well behaved dogs but please note we charge a £20 dog supplement per first dog and a £10.00 per dog supplement thereafter. ( e.g. 3 dogs - £40.00) Dogs need to be kept on a lead around the site however The Longhouse has it's own enclosed garden.
