In our great beach house you can chill out by the pool, go to the beach and enjoy a delicious barbecue. In the evening you can sit nicely on the large terrace, overlooking the beach and the sea. Our house is perfectly oriented. During the day, when it is hot, you can look at the sea on the front terrace (in the shade) or lie in the sun by the pool on the other terrace. So there is always a shady or sunny spot for everyone. The space The location of the accommodation is fantastic directly on the shallow beach with crystal clear water. At your own pool with privacy, you can chill out and enjoy the sun. From your own parking lot you can take the elevator up to the house. To the beach, you just go down a staircase. There you can dive into the turquoise water and enjoy the fine sandy beach. In the spring of 2023, the entire pool area and the side terrace with the dining area were extensively renovated. The pool now has a three-step entry. A rustic beach restaurant with a beautiful terrace where you can eat delicious fish, steak or pizza for the children rounds off the relaxation. Simple shopping is within walking distance. The house has both air conditioning and underfloor heating, so you can feel comfortable there all year round. A fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, oven and microwave), a laundry room with a washing machine, a spacious living-dining room and a guest toilet are located on the first floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Guest access Only my guests have access to their own private pool. Right in front of the house is Cala Mandia beach. Other things to note The travel time from the airport is approximately 45 minutes. Palma is about 50 minutes away by car. In the village there is a German-speaking doctor as well as a pharmacy. The nearest hospital is in Porto Cristo (2 km away). 15 km away in Manacor is the second largest hospital in Mallorca. In Porto Cristo there is the possibility to practice all sports. There are also several golf courses nearby.
