Rental unit in Zaandam

Enjoy your own apartment with river view and garden in a quiet and green surrounding close to the city centre of Zaandam, lovely Amsterdam and typical Dutch landscapes. You will have your private apartment of 50m² on the ground floor of a semidetached house with a light and big living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with (only) a bathtub and a shower in the bathtub and a separate toilet. You have direct access and view to the garden (shared). The space The apartment is best suited for two persons. In case you want to come with kids or max two more adults, we can provide matrasses on the floor, if that is okay for you. In your big living room, there is a very comfortable sofa bed with a comfortable cover as extra matrass on the sofa - good as a real bed. Please let us know if you want us to have made the bed when you arrive. We (Harriet & Bjorn) live, together with our two kids (Annika 11 & Tibor 9), in the same house above your apartment and will try to help you out with tips if you want to. You will share the entrance and the garden with us, but your apartment with kitchen, bath and toilet is totally private. We cannot avoid that you will hear us living on the floor above you, but we do so on socks ; ) There are also living two adorable small female cats in our house and garden. We of course thoroughly clean the apartment before you arrive and you do not need to let the cats into the apartment, if you do not want to. However, if you are allergic to cats, you can maybe better book another address. Other things to note Consider bringing your swimsuit and water shoes to take a swim in the river Zaan.
