Kiter's paradise beach house is a cosy place to relax. It has an amazing view to Antiparos island. Our villa is located in walking distance (700m) from Pounta, the best place to kite. Access Antiparos island by foot, we are 100m far from the ferry. Sauna is provided on demand, for an additional charge. The space Our 90 sq. m villa, built 15 years ago, used to be our family vacation house in Paros. It has been built and decorated with care by following the local customs. Its distance from a small beach is 70m. Its balcony has the ideal view to relax. Next to the balcony, the sitting room is protected and has exactly the same view. Two balconies, around the house and a flourish garden will offer you a deep breath of the Greek refreshing countryside. Ideal for 6 visitors, our house has two double beds, in the bedrooms and a sofa turning into a double bed in shared space. It is a kid friendly house that hosts every year my nephews. Equipped with a safe bed for your child (please ask before your arrival). Guest access Taste the products of our house farm. Guests are free to use all the villa's areas and services. Garden and the path around the house are communal. Please use with caution. A big public parking area starts 20m far from our space. Other things to note Drinkable water faucet in our kitchen.
