Four Oaks Cottage, SSI-walk to beach!

Nestled under mature live oak trees, this 1940's beach cottage is quaint, comfortable, and cozy in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Walk to the beach, ride bikes, sight see historic sites, golf, shop, dine out at a wonderful selection of great restaurants. Only takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. Public access at 3rd or 5th streets. Between the Pier/Village/Neptune Park and the King & Prince/restaurants where all the action is and you can walk or ride bikes to. Great location! The space Sleeping arrangements -Queen bed with TV in main bedroom, full size bed plus set of bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Full bath w/tub in between the two bedrooms. Living room with sofa, 2 chairs, hutch with books and guides. TV with DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishes, utensils, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, pots/pans, blender, wok, and slow cooker. All linens provided, including towels, washcloths, hand towels and bed linens, soap, laundry detergent, paper towels (1 full roll) & 2 full rolls of toilet paper. Washer/dryer off kitchen. The cottage has the original tongue and groove paneling throughout, all freshly painted in 2021. Outdoor hot water shower and antique wrought iron dining table on outside patio. Cleaning: AirBnb's enhanced Covid-19 cleaning protocol in place. Guest access Off street parking for two vehicles in front of house. Space to the right of original main cottage is locked off/owner's area. Empty when main cottage is occupied. No shared areas. You will have access to front and back yard, including shed where there is a small BBQ grill and beach stuff. There are several public beach access points within walking distance - 5th st, 3rd st, 1st st, Myrtle St. Great walking & biking neighborhood. Many guests rent golf carts or bicycles. Other things to note Rules: Maximum two cars allowed on property in front of house. One guest car or golf cart allowed on concrete parking pad in the rear corner of the property. Strict no smoking or vaping policy inside or outside. Limited pet policy. Small (less than 25 lbs) nonshedding dogs allowed with pet fee. Dogs are allowed on the beach anytime in the fall, winter & spring. Summertime NO dogs are allowed on the beaches between 9 am & 6 pm. No parties or loud music allowed. If charcoal grill is used, allow used coals to cool thoroughly, place in plastic bag and toss in trash bin.
