Our unit is ground level and shares only one wall with neighbors, it's brick, so you don't hear them at all! We are located on HWY 361 a short distance from the first beach access road, or you can use the boardwalk and walk or drive your golf cart. Washer/dryer in unit. We have 2 patios, and the complex has 2 pools. Wifi, cable and ROKU-enabled. We put a lot of love into the remodel and decor, hoping our unit is your happy place while on your vacation! With fresh white walls and vibrant pops of color, you can't feel anything but happy! We've also taken efficiency and space into consideration. There is one king bed, two queens, a day bed and a fold out sofa for plenty of sleeping arrangements! The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, etc. The boardwalk to the beach allows for golf carts. We recommend Brons beach carts. Important note: Each car and golf cart needs a parking pass. You will find the laminated passes in the colorful cabinet to the right of the front door. They need to be returned at check out, otherwise there will be a $25 fee for each one not returned. Thank you! Guests have access to our unit with both patios, BBQ pits, two pools at the complex. Two of us and housekeepers are always available. Our complex is next door to Cinnamon Shores, a neighborhood with restaurants, retail and live music. Very convenient! Most people drive while in Port A or rent a golf cart! Taxis and Uber are available. Guests must hang a parking pass on the rear view mirror of their cars. They are allowed to be parked on the street by the curb during off seasons. Absolutely no parking on grassy areas or sidewalks.
