This 1100 sq ft home is very cozy and quiet and only a 10 minute drive to the Bristol Race Track and the Pinnacle Shopping Center, 15 minutes from downtown Bristol and 10 minutes from Bristol Regional Hospital. Also, only a 10-15 minute drive to Kingsport where Holston Valley Hospital is and a 20 minute drive to Johnson City. Asheville, North Carolina is just an hour and 15 minutes away. Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood are also an hour and a half away. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, Keurig, and microwave. Dining table can seat 6. Family room has very comfortable couch with 50" screen TV. WiFi and Internet included. Washer and dryer located in basement and will be available to guests staying 5 days or longer. Smoking is allowed outside on back porch where there is seating for 8 or front porch where there is seating for 4. The house is set on a quiet and secluded area where no one will bother you. The entire house will be available. My own personal house is located on the backside of the property so I will be available most times during your stay.
