The Garden Room

Experience a tranquil escape in this magical garden room, inspired by the beach huts of my travels. Take in the peaceful views of the garden, with the sea at the end of the road. Make use of your own private entrance and enjoy the serenity of this special spot before exploring the wonders of Kemp Town and beyond. The space A quirky space with interesting interior touches. and extremely comfortable bed with pocket sprung mattress and Egyptian cotton bedding . This is a SBPF space - thats small but perfectly formed. Guest access Guests have their own private access which locks to give them added security. We try to supply guests with parking permits for the duration of their stay, but due to the low numbers given per year we can run out, so always check in advance, if I can supply permits I will, except for the last morning of check out, then we will request that your car is placed on a meter, or parked on Boundary Road/ 1 block away which is free parking or paid parking on meters. Other things to note We give guests complete privacy but can be available when needed. Occasionally myself or the children will be in the garden but we will work to give you your own space whenever possible.
