Set on the edge of Magomadas village, in almost a hectare of olive grove and with a lovely view over open countryside down to the sea, this well designed and equipped villa makes a lovely spot for a tranquil holiday. While being secluded you are still only a few minutes drive from the coast and from the old town of Bosa. This newly built, well designed property is set in a hill in a tranquil olive grove. On the edge of Magomadas village, it is possible to walk to the nearest bar and restaurant The space The entrance on the ground floor leads into the dining room and well equipped kitchen, having a large fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven. On this floor there are 2 twin bedded rooms and a bathroom between with washing machine. There are both internal and external stairs leading to the first floor. Entrance is into the comfortable lounge area with settees, one of which is a sofa bed. There is also a TV and DVD player here. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms to this floor, 1 double and 1 twin, both with air con/warm air heaters. There is also a wood burning stove in the property in the upstairs lounge, to take the chill off winter nights, making this property ideal for both summer and winter rentals. Guest access Our guests have the whole villa to enjoy along with a hectare of olive grove. There is a key safe, the code for which we be sent 3 weeks before arrival, so keys are always available after 3.30pm earliest arrival time.
