The Hagerman Orchard, built in 2021 is located in town, walking distance to great food, grocery store, national park visitor center and the park. Only 5 minutes to the river and a less than 10 minutes to multiple hot springs. There is plenty of flat parking on site, built in an established orchard with a variety of trees, patio and bbq to enjoy the weather. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath is designed to make the most of a little space. A king bed and queen bed are completed with wonderfully soft linens. A full kitchen and bar area are combined with the open living/dining area. There is a laundry room for your use and a very spacious bathroom with a large shower. There's a fire pit in the orchard that guests are welcome to use, along with a picnic table on the patio. There's a bbq outside as well. We do not offer extra guests... there are only beds for 4 people, big or small. If you have an infant, we can accommodate with a playpen upon request, but the bedrooms are small and it makes it tight. Please include children in your guest count for this listing, we do not want the couches used as beds due to the increased wear and staining. We love our pets, but we limit pets to 2 dogs (no cats, birds, bunnies, hamsters) and we do require a $50 pet fee per reservation for the added clean up that comes along with pets. This is automatically added to your reservation cost when you register your pet with the number of guests. Please review our house manual for further pet information. There is ample flat parking in front of the Orchard, and we're located only a block off of main street. This is a great property for accommodating boat trailers without needing to back in. We welcome pets, but ask that they stay off the furniture and that you pick up after them in the yard. Please keep your pets from digging in the orchard, and use the supplied 'hot spring' towels located in the bedroom closet for wiping dirty paws prior to coming in the house. We welcome guests to enjoy the fruit in the orchard, but please only take what you will use during your stay. We provide contactless check in and check out, but I do love to hear when you've made it to know everything is what you expected, plus a heads up when you leave is nice to know. We do like to visit and provide local tips if we happen to be in town. This is our getaway, we live about an hour away, but I am just a phone call or text away. Please let me know if there's anything you need. Our housekeeper is local and able to assist when needed. Our neighborhood is classic 'small town Idaho'. The neighbors all look out for each other, don't be surprised by hellos and waving. Enjoy Firepie Pizza on weekends and Los Potrillos mexican food in town. There’s also a new tasting room, Flights Hagerman, that has a wide variety of beers and wines. Hagerman has no public transportation... but you can easily walk from one end of town to the other. There is even a brand new bike path that starts at the city park on the north end of town and goes toward Billingsley Creek. There are 2 steps onto the deck to get into the house, otherwise it is 1-level.
