Old-fashioned SHARED home & entry, relaxed feel, privacy respected. Quiet area, private-like beach, nature trails. For our guests we are offering 1st (ground) floor in the family home with 2 bedrooms one with with king, and second with queen bed, private bathroom, and exclusive use of sitting room w/small kitchenette. Must love dogs -2 friendly&curious rescues M/L size live on second floor. 1 bedroom option in separate listing. No additional cleaning fees. No chores. The space Direct oceanfront location in quiet, southern Brevard County. Few miles north of Sebastian Inlet. Our house is comfortable and pleasant rather than particularly fancy. In addition to your 2 bedrooms with private bathroom we offer Exclusive Use of living area/ kitchenette combo which is equipped with 55"TV (WiFi and Netflix included , no cable), small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, double hot plate, and coffee maker to make your stay more comfortable. *Please note that we do share an entrance, and might cross path when you are in living area. You might treat it as a “entry lobby”, but it’s just for your personal use. We have beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for guests in the plastic storage boxes on the patio (however paddle board, and surfboard are private). In case you forgot or need something I will probably have it, so please ask. We enjoy having guests, so please feel comfortable, no need for tip-toeing...just like you would be in your home. Let the sunrise wake you up, and waves lull you to sleep. Enjoy the marine life right out of our backyard, watch those waves and very likely see dolphins too. Or look at the sky and admire variety of bird species. Let's not forget our "specialty" -in summer time just step out to see giant and endangered turtles nesting right on the beach. Paradise just out the door...ever changing, never the same... Guest access Parking is on the grass on the side of driveway or along the street for oversized vehicles. In Southern Beaches you can get an Uber but no public transportation. During your stay I'll be happy to have a conversation or if preferred i will stay out of way:) However do not hesitate to let me know how I could improve your stay. Other things to note Melbourne Beach is one of the major turtle nesting places. When you stroll in the summer evening most likely you will come across gigantic turtles laying eggs. It is quite unforgettable. Please do not disturb and walk around nesting sites. Never walk or play on dunes. If you lucky (and an early riser) you might even get to see the little ones as they hatch and race to the ocean. Beach is great for surfers too...well, beach is great for everyone:)))
