The apartment is located in a small building on the first floor without elevator access. 800 m from the train station, on a quiet street, accessible to all amenities, bright and functional apartment for 4 people. An extra bed can be considered for a child (extra €10/stay if we provide the sheets). Paid parking (€1/h or €17/d) right in front of the apartment or 250 m away, parking in the Jardins du Champ de Juillet, subject to availability (€1.50/8 h). The space Furnished with taste and simplicity, this accommodation is spacious and offers all the amenities for 2 to 5 people (+/- baby bed on request €10/stay if the sheets are provided and subject to availability). The colors of each room offer a very pleasant "happy" look to this place. We thought of the children and put in very nice games (free on request): friendly evenings in perspective... Very complete service so that you can put your bags down as if you were coming home. If, however, you are missing something, the "Proxi" supermarket is 150 m from the apartment and is open until 10 p.m. every day + Sunday morning until noon. Outside you have all the amenities within walking distance: Les jardins des champs de Juillet restaurant, bar, supermarket, Museums, Theater... Unfortunately, following abuse we had to reconsider our operation regarding heating: the thermostat is set to 19° at night and 20° during the day. You can request a change for an extra fee. In case of misuse of the heating, you may be asked for an extra fee. Guests also have access to air conditioning for a fee. Guest access You have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note In a one-way street, so not very busy, you will appreciate the proximity of the city center without the usual inconveniences of urban life. The street can come to life happily during the day. Ideally located, you will have everything within 10 minutes: bus, cafés on the terrace of Place Denis Dussoubs, cinemas, the City (supermarket), the Saint Martial (shopping mall), the porcelain museum, the town hall, the market... A chef can also come as a backup and cook you small Indonesian dishes or Limougeaudes specialties on request. He can also deliver food to your home.
