There are 2 bedrooms in this room. 1 of them is Japanese style room(Tatami mat). Japanese-style room can stay 2 people (sleep on futons). Another is a room on a wooden floor. There are 2 bunk beds in the room on a wooden floor. When you stay overnight with total 4 people, 1 futon is added to wooden room. This room is very convenient if you travel by train or bus. If you want to use a PC in the bedroom, please use the folding camping table. If you'd like to use a chair, you can use the kitchen table, or you can move the chairs and use the camp table. If you need a receipt, please download it from your Airbnb reservation page. ☆ About cleaning during consecutive nights ☆ During your stay, garbage collection and bath towel replacement will be done [daily] for about 5 minutes between 1 pm and 3 pm. When need cleaning（Exchange of sheets is also included）besides those, you inform me by a message, please. Cost of cleaning up isn't charged additionally in that case. However, if they were dirty or broken to the extent that restoration was impossible, I will charge you additional charge. ☆About discount☆ If you stay consecutive nights, the accommodation fee will automatically be discounted. 3 nights = 5% discount 1 week = 10% discount 2 weeks = 15% discount 1 month = 20% discount ☆About additional charges☆ If you break or lose any equipment in the room during your stay, we will charge you. All except for that depends on the situation. When you lost this room key, I charge you 1000 yen from later. ☆Information☆ Japanese guest house has the charge besides the hotel charges. Towel, washing machine use, detergent of clothes and PC etc., etc.. They cost about 100 yen - 200 yen. My place is all of Towel, washing machine use, detergent of clothes and PC etc., etc.. them for free. ☆Regarding entry into rooms by non-guests☆ Your friends or relatives live in Okayama? It's OK to invite your friend and relative to this room. But, if those persons stay at this room, make a contact to me.
