At the Piane you will be hosted on a 15-hectare agricultural estate. You will be welcomed by an ancient and typical stone farmhouse, in the park of a wonderful 17th-century historic villa in Lucca. The space Located in the Lucchese countryside, it has a large garden and a beautiful underground swimming pool in a sunny and panoramic position with deckchairs, sun loungers and parasols at guests' complete disposal. Pets are welcome with us, and we offer veterinary care. As for dogs, the recommendation is that they are not aggressive, in particular with other dogs and cats, as some live with the owners in the apartment nearby. We also inform you that the house is located near a forest, so encounters with wild animals and insects are possible. Guest access The house has a kitchen/living room with a kitchenette, fridge, oven and coffee machine, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and television, a double bedroom on a mezzanine with a balcony equipped with chairs and tables, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. At the request of guests, a camping bed for children can be provided. Other things to note Extra expenses to be paid on site: €50.00 per booking for electricity costs; €10.00 per day for heating (from November 1 to April 15); €1.50 per person per night for the accommodation tax.
