Oldtown has 5 beaches, around 75 restaurants, the main square with live music and local events, Party street with around 30 pubs and bars, cultural area with 2 churches and museums. The space The big selling point of this studio is the giant terrace that comes with it, it has an absolutely stunning view of not only the oldtown but as well of the beach. You can literally see the sand of the beach from here. As the studio is small, to compensate that, the giant terrace is private to whom rents the studio. It has 2 sun beds, a table for drinks and barbecue and a table for resting in the sun. Difficult to find a better location than this one. Old town and 5 beaches within minutes walking. Guest access The place includes a room size studio. Kitchen with basic amenities, bathroom and the big terrace with grilling, sun beds and drinking/eating tables. Other things to note I am here to help, that is the job of an host, to make your trip easier. I will help you in booking the transport from and to the airport (transfers, bus, shuttle, car rental, scooter rental etc). On arrival, I will provide emails with a map of oldtown and what you have to see there, links to the best restaurants, bakeries, party places as well best beaches to visit etc. I also provide information about the nearby cities in case you are interested.
