Greenhorn Manor- Basement (Base House)

The Greenhorn Manor Basement cannot be rented by itself. It can only be rented when Greenhorn Manor Main House is rented first. Once the Greenhorn Manor Main House is rented then that same group can rent the Greenhorn Base House It is for larger groups of ten or more. Main and Base House are separated by a locked door. Groups that did not know each other would be uncomfortable as they are in such close proximity. The space The greenhorn base house has an additional four bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms.
