Our Van Damme ocean view room offers scenic views of our property and the magnificent Pacific Ocean. Inside the room you will find a king sized bed, small seating area, and private bathroom. The fireplace is temporarily unavailable. Heaters will be provided. This room is not suitable for children. There is a $30 per pet per night fee that is NOT included in the room rate. Our property has 17 rooms and cottages in 11 buildings. Some are stand alone cottages, some are motel style rooms with shared walls and decks. The property is 6.2 rural acres of natural gardens surrounded by forests. We are in the wild so there are lots of birds and wildlife. This is a motel style room on the ground floor; it has one shared wall and is in one building with three other rooms. Guests have access to this room and the hotel grounds. Innkeepers are available from 8 am to 8 pm for questions, requests, and anything else you may need. The town of Little River, Ca is just three miles south of Mendocino. There is a small market and gas station and a restaurant at the Little River Inn. It is a very rural area with lots of wildlife, dirt roads, and quiet, star filled nights. This area does not have public transport, taxis, ubers, or lyfts available. Guests have to drive off property for food and activities. Up to two pets per room or cottage. Nightly pet fee of $30 per pet not included in the rate and to be collected at check-in. Our pet kit includes a pet bed, towel, sheet, bowls, treats and other surprises.
