Fully furnish house with 2 bedrooms & 1 queen size bed in each room, complete amenities, with a swimming pool and basketball court, the space is available for short term and long term rental, its a home away from your home. A Well maintain swimming pool and yard. Owners are onsite for any assistance. 2 bedroom duplex unit, with a small living room, gas range, fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils are provided. Guest have access to swimming pool and basketball court. To the public and to our future customer, our pool is currently under maintenance, is not usable at this time. We need to fix the filter and it may take a while because the parts are ordered from Manila. thank you for your understanding. We are available to talk to you at anytime if you like, car is available at a minimum charge, or we can get you a motor cab.
