The space A great space for a family to relax and recuperate, or for business groups coming to SF or the South Bay. Comfortable, stylish, with close transit and minutes from shops and cafes. Relax and enjoy the Jacuzzi tub after a long day of travel or meetings. There is complimentary wifi in the entire unit, and Apple TV w/ YouTube TV in the living room and an Apple TV in the upstairs bedroom. Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. Our house is in a quiet family neighborhood and is not intended for having any parties or loud noises. Guest access The unit is fully yours during your stay, including a small patio deck in the backyard. Other things to note Please no pets, as much as we love them, we can not have them in our house. Please note that this is a two-story unit, so you must go up a flight of stairs to reach the master bedroom and kitchen / dining room. Our short term permit # is: STRR2403-0007. Our unit has been inspected by the city to ensure that we are compliant with all building and safety regulations as required by short term rental codes.
