It can accommodate up to 10 people, divided into 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms. STAFF AND SERVICES Our staff will be present from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for breakfast preparation and daily housekeeping included in the price. A night guard will be discreetly present in a separate area during the night. POOL The riad’s pool is a gem of Moroccan craftsmanship, set in a serene environment. It offers an ideal place to relax and refresh after the bustle of the Medina, surrounded by the authentic beauty of the place. COMMUNAL SPACES The living room with a fully equipped kitchen, the first bedroom, and the pool are located in the patio. During the winter months, there is a mobile cover that provides protection from bad weather and cold. ELEGANT SUITES The master suite on the top floor features a luxurious king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, and a private bathroom with a shower. A single bed can be added upon request for extra comfort. On the first floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There's also a charming smaller bedroom with a double bed and its own private bathroom. On the ground floor, enjoy a beautiful double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, double sinks, and a shower. All bathrooms have natural light, adding to the airy and inviting atmosphere. THE TERRACES The riad features its own private terraces: one on the second floor with outdoor furniture and a pergola, perfect for enjoying a delightful breakfast or dinner; meanwhile, on the third floor, a stunning solarium offers panoramic views of the medina and the Atlas Mountains, complemented by cozy Moroccan sofas for a lounge area. STAIRS AND MOBILITY IN RIADS Please note that our riad, like many in the Medina, has several steep and narrow stairs that may be difficult for guests with reduced mobility. Unfortunately, we cannot offer wheelchair accessibility. Guests with mobility issues are encouraged to consider these limitations before booking. BEFORE BOOKING, HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO ENSURE A PLEASANT AND SURPRISE-FREE STAY TOURIST TAX: In accordance with Moroccan law, 28 MAD (approx. €2.50) per person per night, payable in cash at check-in. Children under 12 are exempt. Not included in the stay price. VIBRANT ATMOSPHERE The Medina is the heart of Marrakech, with bustling markets, colorful souks, and lively narrow streets. Expect a vibrant and noisy environment, especially during the day. ACCESS AND MOBILITY The streets of the Medina can be narrow and sometimes uneven. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and being ready to walk a bit to reach the accommodation, as it is located in a pedestrian area. LOCAL LIFE The Medina is a residential and commercial neighborhood where local daily life happens around you. This means you will enjoy an authentic experience, but also that the sounds of daily life may be present. CLIMATE AND COMFORT Marrakech can be very hot in summer and cool in winter. We have equipped the accommodation with reversible air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year. THE 400 MOSQUES The Medina is home to about 400 mosques, and you may hear the call to prayer five times a day. This is part of the charm and local culture of Marrakech, but it is important to be aware of this as it may be audible from the accommodation. QUIET AND CENTRAL LOCATION Despite being in the Medina, our accommodation is located in a less central and quieter area. This allows you to enjoy the authentic local life without the constant hustle and bustle of the souks and tourist crowds, while still being only a 15-minute walk from Jemaa el Fna square and 5 minutes from the main souks. Points of interest just a few steps from the riad: Jemaa el-Fna Square (15-18 minutes on foot) – A vibrant experience full of culture, street performances, and local delights. The Marrakech Souk (5 minutes on foot) – A unique experience of colorful stalls offering crafts, spices, textiles, and jewelry. The Museum of Confluences (Dar el Bacha) (15 minutes on foot) – A fascinating journey through Morocco’s history and culture. Bacha Coffee – A historic café offering over 200 varieties of single-origin coffee, perfect for a refined break. Bahia Palace (25 minutes on foot) – An architectural masterpiece with lush gardens. Saadian Tombs (25 minutes on foot) – A peaceful historical site. Majorelle Garden (30-35 minutes on foot) – A unique oasis of nature and beauty. After a day of exploration, return to our riad, where you can enjoy tranquility in an elegant and welcoming environment. SOCIAL INTERACTIONS The Medina is a place of meeting and socializing. We encourage you to interact with the locals and discover their hospitality, but we also remind you to respect their customs and traditions. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests and rented for exclusive use to ensure privacy (except for the washing machine). Guests not declared in the booking are not permitted, not even for short visits. Not included in the stay price. LUGGAGE STORAGE Guests can store their luggage before check-in or at check-out until 4:00 PM, by prior arrangement. However, please note that access to the riad during luggage drop-off/pick-up is limited exclusively to the delivery or collection of the same. The use of facilities such as the bathroom, shower, or changing clothes is not permitted during this phase. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Guests are required to communicate their arrival time in advance. To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, early check-in or late check-out are not available. Guests are kindly requested to respect the established check-in and check-out times (check-out by 10:00 AM, check-in dalle 15:00 alle 21:00, Check-in is usually available until 9:00 PM. If your flight arrives later than that, please let us know. We’ll be happy to arrange a late check-in with prior notice—no problem at all) TRANSFERS We offer transfers to and from Marrakech airport: For groups up to 4 people: €20. For groups of 5 to 7 people: €25. €40 for 8 people. EXTRA SERVICES Upon request, we organize traditional Moroccan dinners at €25 per person, private guided tours, cooking classes, excursions, and experiences. MAPS AND NAVIGATION We provide secured parking nearby for those arriving independently. Online maps may not always be accurate in Marrakech, especially in the small alleys. Always rely on the maps/directions provided by us after booking. CHILD SAFETY AND POOL SUPERVISION We are equipped to host small children with a cot, high chair, etc. However, please note that the patio pool is not safe for children. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. EXTRAS (meals, transfers, excursions, tourist tax) must be paid in CASH in euros or MAD (1 euro = 11 MAD) by departure. BOARDING PASSES We inform our kind guests that at the airport in Marrakech for most companies, a paper boarding pass is required.
