We offer you 3 three-room units on the ground floor, in one of the best areas of San Teodoro. Each apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, TV and kitchenette, cutlery and cookware, 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds with wardrobe and bedside tables, bathroom with shower (cubicle), washing machine. The water heating system provides hot water continuously and sufficiently. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Free Wi-Fi. The space In the outer part, there is a comfortable covered veranda, table and chairs, overlooking the garden on 2 (front-back) or 3 sides fenced with a low wall and gate, a masonry barbecue and a low shower that is very useful for rinsing off the sand when you return from the beach. Uncovered parking space adjacent to the house (not assigned). In the three-room apartments on the ground floor, as in all our apartments, medium or small pets are welcome upon communication at the time of booking.
