It is near PARCO CITY, Ginowan Seaside Park, Tropical Beach, the famous eight views of Urasoe, Saiba Utaki, American Village and the Churaumi Aquarium is also accessible. Guest access The rooms are for private use, so you can come and go as you please 24 hours a day after check-in. We would be happy if you could spend your time like your own room! However, please be considerate to your neighbors, especially at night and early in the morning. Other things to note 1. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility. (*Including paper and electronic cigarettes) 2. Smoking is not permitted on balconies, at entrances, or around the building. No party use or loud music is allowed. 4. No one is allowed to enter the rooms except those who have made a reservation in advance. There is a security camera at the entrance of the building. If the camera is detected, you will be charged an additional fee or asked to leave the building. 5. Pets are not allowed in the room due to allergic reactions. 6. (6) After confirming your reservation, you will be required to provide us with the following information: name, address, occupation, gender, date of birth, age/nationality, previous destination, destination city, and passport number. Please enter all of your information in the URL that will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. (* indicates only for those who do not have an address in Japan) 7. As this is an unmanned facility, we do not provide room service during your stay. If you run out of supplies, please contact us via message. 8. If you litter garbage or smoke in the neighborhood, or if you smoke inside the room or building, you will be charged a flat penalty of 50,000 yen. 9. Early check-in and late check-out are generally not permitted, but please consult with us on a case-by-case basis. *If there is any stain or damage beyond the scope of common sense after check-out, you will be charged accordingly.
