The apartment is located in the parish of Arroios, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of the City of Lisbon. The apartment with a private Patio with an area of 76m2, completely renovated, comprises two bedrooms with double bed, living room with sofa bed fully equipped, WC with shower, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, ceramic stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, television. It still has a vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi (free). On a quiet street near gardens, metro and local shops, 20 minutes’ walk from Lisbon’s main attractions. Accessibilities are the strong point of our house, since we are only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, and 5 minutes walk from Avenida Almirante Reis where is located the Metro station of Martim-Moniz, Intendente and also the line of Anjos (Green Line) Throughout the surrounding area you will find many restaurants, traditional shops, supermarkets, Fado houses, cafes and pharmacies. Once in the heart of the city you can walk through the neighborhoods of narrow streets and discover the main attractions of the city that are just around the corner such as: Castelo de São Jorge, Praça do Rossio, Terreiro do Paço, Baixa-Chiado , Bairro Alto, Alfama, Mouraria, Intendente ... Underground Take the red line to Alameda, change to the green line towards Cais do Sodré, and exit at Anjos (or Martim Moniz). The journey takes about 1 h – 1 h 15. 🚆From the apartment to the city Metro stations Anjos and Martim Moniz are both within a short walk. Buses: linhas 760 e 723, com ligação direta a várias zonas da cidade. Bus lines 760 and 723 connect directly to several areas of Lisbon. 🚗 Parking Parking in the area is paid.
