All apartments of Residenza Larenza „Mare“ offer a balcony where you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and breath-taking sunset. With 55sqm the apartment is perfect for 2-4 persons. The apartment is situated in a calm by-road but right in the heart of Trappeto and very close to the promenade Lungo Mare. Additionally all our guests are also welcome to relax, dine or take a sun-bath at our spacious roof top terrace. The space Highlight of the apartment surely is the amazing sea view but also the typical Mediterranean interior will make you feel like really living in Sicily. The apartment is air-conditioned; the kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking accessories and offers a TV with Italian and German channels. From the kitchen you enter the balcony where you can indulge beautiful moments by watching the azur blue gulf of Castellamare in the morning or perfect sunsets in the evening. The main bedroom has a double bed and a big closet, the children’s bedroom offers a loft bed for two and a dresser, also a baby cot can be provided on demand so the whole family can rest comfortably. The spacious bathroom has a shower and a bidet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Our guests are also welcome to enjoy the sunny roof top terrace and the garage.
