This new, totally private, beautifully decorated studio apartment has the Greenbelt, Boise River and downtown Boise right out your door. Everything is new and features all the amenities, including complimentary wine and coffee. Go to nearby Quinn’s Pond for paddling, Telaya Winery for sipping, Caffe Luciano's for eating or just sit by the window and watch the river and people go by! This is the ideal location in Boise! The space This new studio was completed in 2020 and features a modern bedroom, dining, living and kitchenette all in one. The apartment is located on the ground level of Waterhouse Row, a new townhome development near downtown Boise with its own private entrance so you can come and go as you please. The famed Boise River and Greenbelt are literally out your door. The apartment has gorgeous views of the river and a lovely private bathroom with walk-in shower with natural soaps, shampoo and hairdryer provided. We've created an experience that is on par with the best (and most expensive) hotels in town. You'll be so comfortable that you won't want to leave, but this location is for movers! Bike, walk, paddle or peddle your way around the Boise River or Greenbelt. It is literally just outside the front door. We've included all the amenities you'll need in the kitchenette, but leave the cooking at home. There is a K-Cup coffee maker, wine opener, mugs, wine glasses, dishes/bowls, a refrigerator (just large enough to store drinks and keep dine-out leftovers and your favorite drinks cold) and a small microwave to warm things up! Guest access We will provide our guests with a code to enter the apartment, which is totally self-contained and private. Other things to note We are pet-friendly, but limit it to one dog. Dogs are not to be on furniture or on the bed unless you bring a pet blanket. The suite is below our home, so you may hear us.
